Manipulative timings for breakfast to prevent users

The pool was huge and the room size was also good.

There was issue with the intercom, so we called to reception from our mobile to send someone to take our food order but even after multiple calls it took them an hour. The intercom issue meant that their technician was in and out of our room every 15-20 mins. There was issue with the main light of the room which wasn't turning off. All the mosquitos in the room made us afraid of malaria and dengue. The bathtub had issues and wasn't ready to hold water. All these meant that a lot of our time was spent with their technicians, even some part of night. The balcony wasn't clean. The swimming pool changing area was smelly. After literally scolding the staff at night, they changed our room to a functioning room. Still wondering why they didn't think about providing a fucntioning room from the beginning itself or even check if the room was functioning or not. Overall such a bad experience that I would never go their again.

Wifi was not working, towel were not available. Paid for 3 bed charges while checkin but bed received at night around 10pm. After so many calls. Only 2 towl for 3 guests.
