pool size, the hotel decor

food is average, buffet spread was average, room decor could have been better, every service taken were to be paid upfront, be it spa, dinner or in room order of food, no beach bed or benches near the pool, no staff by pool side

There was no water service and electricity without any prior warning before checking in. We were asked to check out by 10 and the breakfast timing was only up til 9 30

"Great place with bad management, fraudulent policies and rude staff"

A super luxury and fabulous property with rude staff.

Most of the amenities like playing area, library were locked up and extra charges demanded for access to the same. The hotel was fraudulently trying to fleece us for extra charges stating that child above 6 years would have extra person charges even despite us mentioning the age of child on Booking.com. The hotel staff were very rude and intruding our privacy around the premises, schooling us how to sit and move around the complex.
