The structure is amazing, ambiance is superb

I liked everything about the property except staffs which this hotel recruited…it’s a request if you running this beautiful hotel then make sure staff should be very professional as well as good in talk terms…have visited your property…including from receptionist to hotel staffs…not professional at all. Very below the belt. Because of this your hotel can’t get recognised.

The breakfast was enjoyable, and the staff were helpful. The hotel is beautiful, and the room was satisfactory. The security guard was exceptionally good and very helpful.

A few things could be improved for future guests. Some plugs and switches in the room were not working, and water collected on the floor during the shower. However, overall, it was a good experience.

Everything was perfect. Luxurious, spacious, very neat and tidy rooms.

I think it's a tad expensive. Also felt the in hotel restaurant menu price high.

The room was spacious. And luxurious. Looks and feel of the resort was good

The receptionists during night shift was super bad. They didn’t know to respond to guest queries. responses were very bad for all the doubts asked. Had to change the room as the rooms were dirty even after finding dust in the bed. Too little option for breakfast.

It was nice to stay. They allowed us for late check out bcoz we went for late checked in Staff is really nice
