Beach is nice. Staff is helpful and friendly.

Room is poor and old. Everything in the room is old. TV is still 32 inches. The room I stayed is THB 4,xxx per night.

The location and beach were nice; one of the Spa masseuses was very professional; the service staff (barman) were good, while not very practical and reliable.

Value for money was not given, the property is seriously run down and mismanaged! Owners and Managment do not understand what maintenance and renovation means! A property of more than 27years needs a little more than just a new paint coat in some specific locations. If I would have to make a detailed report on shortcomings, it would easily pass 10 tightly typed pages and still would only relate to the most important issues.
