Location, ambiance, service. The staff was able to accommodate my request for a specific room from my previous stay that I happened to like.

At the check-in staff could not locate proof of my online payment. At the check out to my amusement the staff informed me that I must have taken a KitKat bar from the mini bar... interestingly KitKat bars are not stocked in the hotel's minibar... Not a big deal as those misunderstandings were resolved promptly. The hotel offers free use of kayaks (all 2 of them), and a paddle board. The equipment is quite tired and one of the kayak paddles is broken and only partially functional. In the vicinity of the reception area there is prominently displayed a recycling container full of used empty bottles that do not benefit otherwise perfect esthetics of the resort... in my opinion.... Fresh coat of paint here and there would be entirely in order... quality of sound of the internal phone system in the hotel is of such quality (noise and interference) that it renders any phone communication with the reception or restaurant very difficult.

This was a lovely hideaway, extremely remote, if you want to be shut away from life then this place is perfect. If you like to browse & explore nearby attractions, then it’s not for you. The staff are amazing, all of them, they are all friendly & welcoming, which for a solo female traveller is important. The breakfast is perfect for any nationality with lots of choice. The beach was so clean & very well looked after, I didn’t see any litter. The pool was well maintained & the restaurant staff are amazing. Must take advantage of the happy hour!

The prices, wow, I’ve travelled most of Thailand & the prices in the restaurant & bar are matching five star prices. Then tax is added. It’s a shame, because apart from that the resort is amazing.

Private beach... Pet friendly. Restaraunt was nice, casual. It is a quiet place to really get a way From everyday crowd. The beach offers a clean beautiful view and terrific sunset.

No 7 11 close by... Not hotel fault. Bring your snacks with you!

The location. The friendly and helpful staff. The swimmingpool. Could check in early. Very good breakfast.

our seafront bungalow needs an update. floor tatty, lamp by the bed didn't work, window in bedroom wouldn't open.
