The breakfast was very good for the money paid It exceeded my expectations.

There were disturbing noises in the early hours of the mornings on Sunday.

The room had a smell like a perfume or something was used in the room. Remember as people we react differently on that. I didn't enjoy my night, I was just waiting for sunrise. Cutlery or kettle no available in rooms.

Smell of the room and the fact that the was no cutlery or kettle not available to drink tea.

The breakfast. Location.

The sheets were really uncomfortable, didn't look like they were changed. The TV remote wasn't working, the aircon remote wasn't working.

Bed and linen were clean

Floor & wall Tiles and shower dirty and need to be replaced. Could do with some new paint job. Toilet seat was terrible....Needs replacing. The photos on your website are so misleading. No coffee/tea station in room
