Second room I was moved to was nice but had to pay extra for it. Breakfast was good. Staff friendly and helpful.

Room booked through booking.com close to reception was bad, desk not usable for laptop, can’t even sit on the chair and work, cables terrible, no DSTV, no kettle in the room. and I asked to be transferred because it was not habitable for me.

I liked the location where you are situated.

First of all, there was no wall plug for the heater. Secondly, I requested a steam iron which I have never received. I had to go to the linen room to iron my clothes. Waking up the following morning I discovered a huge spot of blood on a pillow case when I turned it around and it wasn't mine. Lastly, the breakfast was of a low standard quality. I have been to more than twenty guesthouses in my lifetime in RSA, but your breakfast was the worst I came across. I am just giving you my honest opinion.

Breakfast was ok except for dry bread there was no butter. and bread was not toasted it was plain.

The accommodation was unfortunately not up to standard. The door hinge was damaged, which made it difficult to properly close and lock the door. Cleanliness was a major concern—the bed and towels had visible hair on them, and the bedsheets were stained. Additionally, there was a spider on the ceiling, which further detracted from the overall hygiene of the room. Several amenities were either missing or not functional. Although an air conditioner was present, there was no remote provided to operate it. The television was also not working. The bathroom had multiple issues, including a leaking ceiling, a very dirty toilet seat, and no window for ventilation. Furthermore, the bathroom door was difficult to slide closed. Overall, the condition of the accommodation and lack of maintenance made for a very unsatisfactory stay.
