Leo's Holiday Cottage

Beautifully decorated cottage. Lots to discover. Fully fitted with everything needed for a relaxing stay. Does need some maintenance but absolutely did not affect our stay. Very comfortable. Good friendly communication. Would definitely recommend and return.

Cottage feel property. Very cosy. The Christmas decorations made the house look lovely. Bedrooms a good size. Beds and bedding were very comfortable. Nice living areas. We didn't use outdoor areas as it was December.

Very poor lighting throughout the house. Very dark - even with all the ceiling lights and lamps on. The kitchen ceiling light definitely needs changing. You can hardly see what you're doing in the kitchen in the evening. The paint on the walls was peeling/ flaking off in quite a few rooms. The walls were a bit dirty/ marked in some of the rooms - could have done with a new coat of paint. We also found a few cobwebs around the house - on light fittings etc... The dining table was lovely but the wooden edges had sharp parts which ripped holes in two guests' trousers. We didn't use outdoor area but there's a building behind the house with offices I think. There was no one using the offices at the weekend but not sure i'd like to stay during the week with people being able to see into the house. The house just needs better lighting and a bit of painting and it would be super.

Lovely cottage, very comfortable and well situated. Really liked the high standard of soft furnishings which made it so comfortable. The house flowed really nicely as well.

Beautiful property, felt so comfy and yet so spacious. Perfect for large families with 4 bedrooms.

The front door was very stiff and loud which could disturb sleep during the night

Cottage was lovely, clean and a nice welcome. Rooms are spacious and beds are very comfortable. Loved the covers ive ordered similar. That shower is amazing!!! Even the kids couldn't wait to get a shower. We are planning when we can rebook. Thank you so much xx

Front door sticks and is noisy when opening and closing. Appreciate its wood so possibly swollen with the heat. Didn't impact our holiday at all.

The size, comfort, had everything you need and the host was only a message away and prompt at responding - couldn’t have asked for more

Nothing it was the perfect stay

Comfortable beds. Well-equipped kitchen. Garden area was nice. Games room with pool table was great. Proximity to Doddington Hall good. 4 good sized bedrooms. I had thought that 9 people and one bathroom would be tight when all trying to get ready for a wedding, but it was fine. There is a second loo on ground floor.

It would have been nice to have some garden furniture outside as the weather was nice when we stayed there.
