Very clean and well kept, lots of bedding and a heated blanket to stay warm. Kind and helpful staff

Near the sapa dragon express dropoff point. Host was very kind to wait up at night because our bus arrived late. Host was super helpful communicating with the bus company when we lost our glasses.

There aren't restaurants or cafes open along the street, could be low season. You'd have to take a taxi to the main area for any food.

Check in was easy and heated blanket provided which was nice as it was cold in Sa Pa when we visited.

Our bathroom smelt like cigarettes, presumably because of the extractor fan and someone was smoking nearby. Also no natural light and property was quite noisy.

Very quiet place to sleep and close to the SSB bus station of Sa Pa

I thaught I booked a room with AC and a good view. Didnt get any of this.
