Close to centre and very friendly host 😊

Very cold in the room 🥶 and bathroom not very clean 😟 also there was no toilets paper

Nice and quiet area. Staff friendly and helpful. Short stroll to Sapa Town lake and restaurants surrounding.

Beds found to be quite hard (if not used to that kind of thing), cooling by use of pedistool fan which can be a bit noisy when sleeping.
