Good hotel in a Nice and quiet location

Fantastic location, right between the main road and Ella train station. The host family was extremely kind and made me feel welcomed. They listened to me when I had suggestions for the room. They even so kind to take my suitcase to the station on their scooter at 6am - that’s what I call a hospitable service!

The room was a little damp, this is due to the weather in Ella. but it felt a bit humid. Opening the windows definitely helped. My room was on the ground floor so I wasn’t able sleep with the big windows open, even though the area is safe.

The room and bathroom were very clean and match the photos. Location is great, 5 min walking from all the bars and restaurants, perfect for me as a solo traveler woman.

Good location. Very near to railway station. Well equipped room. Immaculately clean. Great value for money.

Outside area a bit scruffy but don’t let this put you off.

Clean room, very good location near the train station. Fridge, kettle and amenities were good. Offer laundry service and whoever was on the other end of WhatsApp helped us book taxis. When asking for new towels/bins changed this was seen to, but room service was not offered.

It was not a warm welcoming, we were introduced with a grumpy man who did not smile at us once the whole stay. Laundry came back damp.

The room was small but comfortable. The location is fantastic, really close to both the station and the main street so there's no need for transportation whilst in town which was great when there was a lot of people trying to get out of the train station carpark.

The accommodation must be paid for in cash. This is listed on Booking.com but we missed it. It's only a short walk to an ATM if needed though.

The room was newly renovated to a high standard with a nice bathroom. It was in a great location just a few minutes walk from both the station and Ella's restaurant and bars.

The room was very small. The bed together with the two bean bags as seating totally filled the room so there was not any space to have our suitcases open. This meant piling the beanbags in a corner every time we needed to access the suitcases. We expected an outdoor space but this was just use of a table / chair in the corridor to the room. There are no facilities at all - and no optional breakfast. If you just need to rent a small room in a good location, Rich Grove is fine. For us, it was a little disappointing.
