Size, spacious. Very quiet area, slept very well. Great facilities. Brilliant location. Close to shops, beach, good dog walks all a short step away.

Roadside parking was limited but always found a space

The property is close to everything. Close to the sea, bus stops, grocery shopping stores.

The single bed collapsed 3 times during the night, making for a poor nigh’s sleep. The slats are not fixed properly. I sent email to the host but unfortunately received no reply or acknowledgement.

Easy to book, useful information sent by host including videos of property and how to access it. Easy to check in and out. Great to have downstairs toilet and family bathroom and outside courtyard garden. Well equipped house with dishwasher/kettle/microwave/fridge freezer. Quick walk to seaford town. Managed to get parking on street.

The property was really nice, nicely decorated and you can tell they had put some thinking into all the things needed to make a comfortable stay

The only small thing was the parking in front as there is no dedicated parking but more on a first come basis and once we had to park about 20 metres away. But not a big issue

Decor was lovely

The house had a very damp smell which was particularly overpowering upon entering the house. It looked like there were damp problems in some walls. The tap in the kitchen was irritatingly loose. The garden has been neglected, weeds growing in the pots ( I pulled some out) dead leaves on plants and on paving. Plants were bone dry so I watered garden for over an hour. Parking is a nightmare.

The house was central and in a convenient location for us visiting friends.

The house was adequate for our short stay but not value for money in my view. We arrived late in the evening and found not all the beds were made up. We discovered the second single was a pullout from under the first but had no bedding. We contacted the contact number the following morning and were directed to spare bedding in a locked cupboard and to where the key was kept. We also had trouble locking the front door on occasions which was of some concern. We contacted the contact number and were simply told it should be fine as it’s a new door. There were other bits and bobs that weren’t as we would expect - wheelie bin directly outside blocking front door, some unclean cutlery and crockery in cupboards, no bin bags, bin lid doesn’t shut, a musty smell in living room.

We saw a rat in the small garden when we sat out.

The matress in the small room was very uncomfortable. I tried it for one night and my back was sore next morning in fact I didn't sleep in it after that. My daughter slept on the coach downstairs and I slept with my grandaughter .The bedroom itself was lovely and I was disappointed because I couldn't sleep in it.
