House was lovely, well equipped kitchen, lovely bathroom, comfy rooms with plenty of spare bedding.

I couldn't find a hairdryer and there only a little kitchen roll that lasted the first day.

The property is in a very good location, within short walking distance to town centre, railway station and beach. The property was clean and tidy and decorated nicely. the kitchen was well equipped with items you need to cook. The owner had left a bottle of fresh milk in the fridge which was a nice touch. Toiletries and towels were provided. There is an outdoor area with plenty of plants which adds foliage to the area outside.

A slightly later check out time would have been nice.

Lovely two bed property. Super close to everything (that’s Seaford for you I guess lol). Had everything me and my old dear needed there for our stay. Everything in there is to a high standard. I’ll be back

How did everything you needed and well-equipped

The smell of damp. Downstairs loo has a very bad damp issue on the wall. Slats on main single bed need fixing as my Granddaughter went through them . door handle on the single bedroom needs fixing

Some appliance instructions were missing eg oven and tv

location, near to train station and shops and restaurants.

Whilst sitting in the lovely garden there is a car company that we’re cleaning cars and you could feel the spray whilst sitting in the garden, overwise all was great.

modern, comfortable and fairly clean, nice layout, well looked after, lovely bathroom, nice bedrooms. bathroom has a rainfall shower AS WELL AS a lovely deep bath

parking wasn’t actually too much of an issue, street is very narrow, so anything other than a car will struggle but plenty if street parking on a quiet road. unfortunately the bathroom draws by sink weren’t cleaned, and it says a sofabed is available which we asked for but this was not provided so had to sleep on small sofa but really thats all i can fault
