Food was really good . Helpful staff in providing extra duvet to help with uncomfortable bed.

Bed was really uncomfortable. You could feel the springs.

"We've stayed locally many, many times, but this was a new venue for us. We'll be back!!"

Very welcoming on our arrival and we were shown to our room by a lovely lady. The bar has a good selection of drinks and the dinner menu was comprehensive (something for everyone, we think) and the service was excellent. Breakfast was good and filling with a selection of hot and cold foods - again, excelllent service. Car park is big enough, we didn't have any dificulty. NOTE: The coffee at breakfast is worth the stay on its own!

Just had a fabulous stay at the black Swan,staff on arrival were excellent throughout. Food was extremely good and breakfast the next morning was top notch. The room was very good and very clean and the view across the valley was really good. We will definitely be coming back for another stay.
