Lovely. Well appointed. Clean. Absolutely perfect location - walking distance to downtown yet quiet enough to enjoy birdsong in the morning and watch the majestic red rocks glow in the evening from the front patio.

The vibes of the house were great! We loved relaxing in the living room and on the front poarch to watch the sun set. Location was nice given we could walk to shopping and restaurants.

This property was wonderful. A little dated on the outside, but the Owner has made the inside bright, modern and keeps it very clean. We loved the extra, unexpected supplies available to us - we have never had a rental property outfitted with all of the little things you never consider needing, but they were there when we went looking: extra coffee pods, bathroom supplies and kitchen utensils and seasonings. Would highly recommend this property!

A little disappointed the main fireplace was not functional during our stay, just because of the snow in March, during our visit. Other than that, no complaints with anything else.

"I would highly recommend this duplex"

Great location. Very nice duplex. Had everything we needed.

Tried to cancel one night of our stay because we sadly had to leave early. Booking.com wouldn’t let us change the reservation. Had to pay for the night we weren’t there.

We both loved how close to the uptown strip this property was located. Easily within walking distance of nice places to eat and shop. We also loved how centrally located this was in relation to the hiking opportunities. The fireplace was my favorite feature!

We don’t have a complaint at all!
