Very Spacious

Bit old fashioned they were retiling the outside areas. The parking was a bit tight and neighbours didn't park straight which didn't help either.

Dos jardins,a área de lazer tem churrasqueira,está bem equipado atendendo as nossas necessidades com equipamentos dentro de casa.

Só faltou um pouco de cuidado na manutenção, tínhamos algumas luzes avariadas .

The house was spacious & it was nice to have 4 bathrooms. The area is lovely and the pool was great.

There is only one air conditioner in one of the bedrooms and this did not work, making it very uncomfortable due to the extreme heat. The other 3 bedrooms only have fans which are not good enough for so much heat. The other air conditioner in the dining room/kitchen area was constantly leaking and there was always water on the floor, this needed to be cleaned all the time and it is also dangerous. Due to the water, the skirting boards were damaged by the entrance door, making it difficult for us to open and close the main door. The door to the garden which leads to the house is old and wooden and this got stuck making our entrance very difficult to the point that we were stuck outside on one of the days and we needed to force the door open. We contacted the agency that manages the property about the air conditioner situation, they sent someone to check it out but the owner did not bother to get it repaired. The barbeque was very old and rusty and full of holes and could not be used. Lastly, there was a huge cockroach in one of the bathrooms!

Fantastic pool and very secure location. Spacious bedrooms and well finished bathrooms. Large communal area. I stayed with friends for 4 nights and it was perfect for what we wanted. We spent very little time in the villa. The majority of our time was spent by the pool and out socialising. I'd recommend it for a friends weekend away but I wouldn't recommend it for babies or people with mobility issues. Very good value for money in my opinion for what we wanted. The check in instructions were very good.

Decor is a bit dated and the roof terrace, and outdoor terrace could do with a bit of a tidy and refresh. There is very good air con in the communal area however it is leaky when it's left on. There is only air con in 1 bedroom and it doesn't work. The floor at the entrance to the villa needs to be replaced. There was 1 or 2 cockroaches but nothing major.

Bra läge och gott om utrymme. Fräscha badrum.

Märklig lukt och dålig air condition. Enbart ett av sovrummen hade AC. En gammal AC i köket som inte räckte till. Extremt slitna och gamla möbler. Trasiga lampskärmar och väldigt skräpigt på den lilla tomten.

Mauvaise organisation de l'arrivée (clés mais pas de bip pour l'acces à la résidence). Le premier jour des personnes ont dû nous ouvrir. Les cafards dans l'appartement (énormes!) Les chaussettes des anciens locataires sous un lit (ménage non fait en profondeur)
