Perfect location. Great Wi-fi connection. Close to supermarket and train station. Stayed in the apartment during the end of November. The apartment was pretty warm.

We spent 4 wonderful nights in Pescara. The accommodation was very close to the beach and the city center. We stayed in the room with a little bit of sea view. Clean, comfortable, equipped kitchen, towels, hygiene products, socket next to the bed, air conditioning. We stayed in the room with gray little sofa. Next to the bed there are two white chairs, not bedsides like in the pictures from Booking . As a recommendation, the 2 bedside with storage space would be good. It didn't bother us because we didn't stay long, but for a longer stay of 7-8 nights, some storage furniture near the bed is useful. All in all, everything was ok considering that we enter the room late evening to wash ourselves and sleep.

It was just near the beach on the 6th floor, we had a nice view from the balcony, but the shower head almost didn’t work, the pressure was super low, which made getting a shower very hard, and also the floor was broken and hidden under the rug, but overall it was very nice.
