we booked a DIFFERENT location and room based on Booking.com but we’re told the lift was out of order and offered a different location which did not live up to the photos of the first place. it felt like a bait and switch to me.

bed was terribly uncomfortable. we keep sinking into sinkhole in middle of bed. woke with a terrible back ache and not rested at all.
