Mam Da Homstay

Very nice and cozy. Great decoration in the rooms and a comfortable mattress

We happened to stay the night a large group from Hanoi came up for a party. Karaoke and bonfire dancing. Lots of fun especially watching children enjoy themselves.

I have an enjoyable stay. I arrived on a Saturday and left Monday morning. The rooms are nicely decorated and clean. Water is hot and has good pressure. Beds are a little hard but I still found it comfortable. During the day, the place is very quiet and pleasant. There is hot water and drinking water provided next to the kitchen. Also had (vegetarian) dinner there both days and the food was amazing (100VND).

Regarding noise, there are signs on the rooms asking people to be considerate with making sounds since the walls are made of wood (only) and you hear your neighbors very clearly when talking/snoring/listening to music. Regarding noise from the courtyard, the family (+guests) were socialising loudly outside both days until 10/10:30 pm. If you are OK with going to sleep at that time, then it’s completely fine. I think they actively try and bring the volume down by that time.

Super super kind hosts who were very accommodating. It’s the most beautiful places we’ve stayed on the Ha Giang loop too. Would definitely recommend!
