Nice room. Noisy,but good to be with local people. Great food and the host was very helpful in any kind. Thank you!

The room was clean. The 2 Way climate was good, so the Room was warm, and it had mosquito nets, and the beds were cosy. The food was good and the price was cheap. The bathroom is good for 1 night, and you can take a warm shower.

It's a little sad because the rest was fine, and the owner asked not to judge for the noise issue, but it's just very, very loud. Dogs barking the whole night and noise of the other people. Just carry some good earplugs, and you'll be fine😁

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The hot water worked well. The dinner was delicious. Good place for one night during the loop.

For breakfast we got a pho which tasted not good. It's really thin-walled you can hear everything. The karaoke is till 10 pm super loud.

Loudest Homestay I have ever stayed in, loud music and 30+ Vietnamese men screaming till after mid night, then up again before 7am screaming to each other before leaving

One of the cosiest places we stayed in all Vietnam, even compared to way fancier and expensive places in Hanoi and Sapa! We were thrilled to have an amazing heater and a super comfy bed, a good bathroom with great hot shower. The garden on entering is very charming and even had a pond with fish. They have a restaurant serving dinner too. Nice location with a primary school next door and a mini market right opposite the road.

Not many options for breakfast and dinner mainly noodles or rice but over all one of my favourite stays in Vietnam.

Hotel is poorly built. It is situated on the edge of town.. but don’t think this makes it quiet. It was among the noisiest stays I’ve had on this two month trip. Bass pounding when I arrived and started up again before 8am. Walls are paper thin. Staff speaks no English.

Very comfortable clean bed and room. And had a delicious dinner with the family, who were very friendly and accommodating.

It's a bit of a walk from the bedroom (dorm) to the bathroom, but great other than that.
