Absolutely disgusted with this property and host,he even sent me replies on whats app in Italian after I enquired about the lack of kettle, things that we expected as he had them listed on his site. Location was not where we expected main port , it wasn't made clear that this property was not the Central port location. We arrived expecting to walk to property from description. Had to find transport. Property didn't have balcony or terrace, pictures on site gave completely wrong impression. The amount of things listed on site that were not a reality was enormous. He also only provided 1 toilet roll. Example these were listed but not true No terrace No balcony No wellness, none of them on site No kettle which we contacted the host about and he said he'd provide the nxt dat,that never happened. No mini market No view from little alley. No where to have fresh air unless you opened door and sat on the street. It was awful. Would call this guy a chancer ,once he knew we were not happy, he didn't assist to make any improvement. He was all nice until we arrived, said he'd meet us at property none of that happened. He never kept his work ,didn't provide what he listed and informed us terrace was not available to us as we booked wring room. His site doesn't state that Absolutely would tell others not to book this place.

Luigi war sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich und immer zuvorkommend. Er hat sich große Mühe gegeben und uns nach zwei Tagen sogar ein Apartment im Erdgeschoss organisiert, da meine Mutter die steile Treppe nicht benutzen konnte. Dafür nochmals vielen Dank. Leider hat uns das Apartment selbst nicht überzeugt. Es war sehr klein, die Küche veraltet und es fehlten viele Dinge, die man normalerweise in einer Küche braucht. Auch das Badezimmer war klein und nicht besonders schön. Die Matratzen waren leider unbequem, sodass wir nicht gut schlafen konnten. Die fehlende Barrierefreiheit war vorher leider nicht ersichtlich. Der Whirlpool auf dem Dach war nur über eine sehr steile Außentreppe erreichbar, was für ältere Menschen ungeeignet ist. Es wäre gut, wenn dies deutlicher in der Beschreibung und auf den Bildern gezeigt würde. Auch die Parkplatzsituation war schwierig. Laut Beschreibung sollte es Parkmöglichkeiten in der Nähe geben, tatsächlich war es aber sehr schwer, überhaupt einen Parkplatz zu finden. Luigi musste uns erst zeigen, wo man kostenlos parken kann, und selbst dann hat die Parkplatzsuche oft sehr lange gedauert.

Die Unterkunft hat mir leider überhaupt nicht gefallen. Weder die Küche noch das Schlafzimmer waren in einem zufriedenstellenden Zustand. In der Küche haben viele grundlegende Utensilien gefehlt, die man zum Kochen normalerweise benötigt. Besonders schlimm war jedoch die Matratze im Schlafzimmer. Sie war völlig durchgelegen und so weich, dass man fast schon das Metall darunter gespürt hat. Nach dem Schlafen hatte man Rückenschmerzen und sogar Krämpfe. Die Matratze sollte dringend erneuert werden, da sie absolut veraltet und nicht mehr zumutbar ist. Auch das Badezimmer war eine große Enttäuschung. Es hat stark nach Kanalisation gerochen, war extrem eng und man konnte sich kaum darin bewegen. Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für mich unzumutbar.

Très bien. L’établissement était conforme à nos attentes. Proche du centre ville d’Ischia.

Molto pulito, tutti i mobili sono nuovi e il personale è perfetto. Ci sono due posti letto, quindi è comodo anche con i bambini. C’è l’aria condizionata ed è tutto ottimo
