Great little stay, very clean and comfortable. Close to bus station, 7-8 mins walking from the jetty. Luigi is a great host, super responsive and proactive! We'll definitely return!

The property is very conveniently located, close to the port of Casamicciola Terme, but in a quiet alley, and has excellent transport accessibility. The apartments are fully equipped with everything necessary, including a small kitchen, refrigerator, and microwave. The owner, Luigi, is always available and very kind and friendly, and has recommended some good cafes and shops nearby. Thank you for your hospitality!

Luigi is a very considerate, patient and kind with his quests. He personally came to meet us, since we needed some help by checking in. Thank you Luigi you were a great help and of great support for us. The B&B is very central in a side street, so still quiet. We stayed in the ground flour with no balcony and had some concern about posible noise of the people coming in and out, but non of it was the case. Luigi has some extras for his gusts and we enjoyed a quiet evening with a movie. Thank you Luigi. We stayed for 2 nights. The room is small and the bathroom too, but for two nights it was ok. I am shore that Luigi has nicer rooms on upper flours. Maybe next time!

Luigi è stato super disponibile prima ancora del nostro arrivo, fornendoci info importanti sulle tappe da non perdere sull'isola. L'appartamento è collocato in una zona tranquilla vicina a bar, ristoranti, porto, negozi, bus. Noleggiando uno scooter è facilissimo trovare parcheggio di fronte l'appartamento e si può girare tutta l'isola. Consiglio!!!

Excellent location, very kind host, great place for 2+1 for a couple of days, flawless cleanness, comfy beds and pillows, very good value for money.

A bit squeezy, but it is not a big issue. Hangers behind the doors would be very useful, as well as placemats on the table.

It was extremely clean and tidy!

Nice little room at a great location 7-10 min walk from ferry dock. Clean room, looked newly renovated. A little kitchen and fridge if you want to cook something. But lots of great restaurants within 3-15 min from room. (FYI, Description said sea view, it has not)
