Casa on Quendon by Totalstay

The location was perfect for our needs. The building has parking, which is unusual in the area. When we checked in the flat was spotless.

The flat is supposed to be cleaned daily, but there was no cleaning, only making beds. I think they wash dishes, but we didn't leave any dishes to be washed. I expected the bathrooms to be cleaned and the floors to be swept during our stay, but they weren't. We also were supposed to receive fresh linen and we didn't. Seapoint as an area is also quite noisy, which is just a location issue, but is worth noting.

Location

Some units much nicer than others. No air conditioner

The location is great, the room is cute and has everything you need. A small sitting area, a comfortable bed, a furnished kitchen, a big shower and plenty cupboard space. The staff was friendly and helpful, the sound proofing is great.

The couch legs appeared to be broken

Very cozy clean apartment , walking distance to main sea point road convenient.

It’s literally central to everything which is amazing because it’s a self-catering place. The shower … my gosh!! To die for!!

Wasn’t particularly pleased about the breakages deposit thing. Yeah, it’s on the website but you have to look for it. I suggest include it in the price and then refund it when leaving.

Decent cooking facilities

No aircon unfortunately, only a fan. Staff tutted and rolled her when asked if we could store our luggage. The bed was quite lumpy, and the sofa had burn holes in it
