"Great stay would highly recommend"

We stayed here for two weeks working from the flat. It’s spacious for two people with a small balcony and fully equipped kitchen area. The pool area on the rooftop is great with views on Lion’s Head. Staff were also great throughout and the rooms were serviced if required. The location is perfect, just off the main road in Sea Point and walkable to bars, restaurants and the beach.

The Totalstay staff was unwilling to assist, the apartment floor was wet, looks like it was flooding. Informed the staff, they did not bother to bring a mop or even move me to a different room.

The staff was unfriendly and unwilling to assist.
