"It was an enjoyable stay with helpful staff"

How close the property was to a shopping centre (The Point) which made it convenient to get supplies, it is also close to Camps Bay, Clifton and the city centre

They only give fresh towels and change the bedding every three days which I felt was a bit too long given how quickly dirt can build up especially when one is on holiday and constantly out and about. There was also no cleaning on public holidays and on Sundays

Location excellent

No air conditioning or fan in the main bedroom. Had to sleep with door open and was very noisy. Did not sleep

Location was fantastic

Facilities in the apartment were poor, no air-conditioning and the basic requirements for making meals were inadequate. Didn't feel that it was value for money

"Fine for one night but I would not stay for longer."

Very clean and modern, in a great location.

For a serviced apartment the level of on-site support from staff was not great. Despite requesting a travel cot in advance it took a very long time to locate one. Staff on site were not very friendly.
