R.A.S. Tout était parfait

the place was great and clean, staff was super friendly. Location was also great, close to a shopping center and not to far from the beach.

Great apartment for our family, well equipped and clean. Huge apartment lots of space. Kids loved the pool and roof terrace.

Central Location in Sea Point close to shops, good restaurants and even to the Promenade.

Bathroom showed wear and tear in form of muldew corners. Safe was in the sleeping room wardrobe and not secured. You could have just grab it and walk away with it.

Great location

The staff didn’t feel very friendly, and the room wasn’t cleaned well during my stay. Bed sheets were only changed after three days, and because it was a public holiday, it took even longer. They should pay a bit more attention to cleanliness and overall service.

Location and its modern

No Aircon , and I was charged R150 for pillow case with a tiny dot of blood , my son's pimple popped whilst he was sleeping. it was a mere spec of blood !! I was also not informed upfront about this charge! I have never been charged for something like this in all the time I have travelled...

Our cleaner and the Reception desk host were friendly and feel sorry for them based on everything else we experienced. Allocation is great if you're looking to access Sea Point and the Atlantic Seaboard and the pool terrace is very nice.

Room was still dirty when we checked in (crumbs in draws, table stained) Smelt of urine outside the entrance (and actively saw someone peeing in the bushes outside during the day) They took the table away to respray and we therefore had none for 2 days. Bathroom had sticky residue on the floor and when we asked for it to be fixed were told there is nothing they can do, and that it was left over from something they fixed. Shower leaked all over the bathroom floor everytime we showered. Microwave Door Chipped Female Staff member came in to remove cot, saw my wife was topless breastfeeding continued entering and then encouraged a man to enter the room without asking permission. Making her VERY uncomfortable. Rubber on Footer of Bin missing and therefore sharp on feet Replaced Bathmat with one that was extremely threaded Coffee pods but no coffee machine
