Clean, well maintained

No cleaning products like a brush and pan to tidy

Location is so great!

Location was excellent. Communication before arriving was excellent, and very helpful. Living and kitchen space was clean, comfortable and appropriately equipped. Netflix on the TV was a great touch, and the WiFi service was very good.

The bathroom had black mould on the silicone in the shower, and the shower itself ran sporadically hot and cold with no regulation. Slight smell of dust and damp from building work going on in a closed off room in the actual apartment, which was not mentioned in the listing.

Spacious , clean , comfortable , easy check in check out . Great location .

Hot water in shower is very difficult to adjust . It either gets too hot or too cold Would appreciate set of sheet curtains in bedroom and living room. So can let light in while still have privacy

Communication was spot on, accurate instructions and key codes provided in plenty of time. Parking was easy to locate and car felt safe there. Apartment was great, nice space, easy to use the heater when it got a bit chilly and quiet! It was perfectly placed for our dance weekend at the Winter Gardens.

If possible perhaps a small bottle of cleaning fluid, Dettol or Method could be under the sink to wipe down the sides with along with an extra bin bag.

Excellent location and very easy to check and in.

My only issue was that there was no tea towel to clean the dishes.

Bed and pillows, lack of cooking equipment. cleanliness of cooing equipment, very cold on arrival took very long time to warm up. shower rubbish.
