"A lot of room for improvement, only the best is good enough."

Breakfast was ok some mornings

Room run down and dirty,, housekeeping didn't clean room.for the 4 nights we were there. Beach chairs old dirty and broken.the beach wasnt attractive . the Grill didn't have much choice for food. The staff unframd stare at Guest especially in the dinning room. The Spa didn't even look inviting from outside.

breakfast and dinner good. Beach excellent, The staff is very friendly.

The bathroom needs upgrade. THE shower leaks, sink leaks, funny smell from the toilet. The towels look dirty.

Very beautiful resort love the layout overall the grounds was beautiful

Well the rooms need upgrading, no doors on the wardrobe wall lamps needs replacing also ceiling fan needs replacing, bathroom needs full overall apart from that good size room

Breakfast was good, room had a good and well placed number of outlets.... nice enetrtainment area. Staff were friendly and helpful...very responsive and anticipated needs.

Bathrooms need a bit more upgrading (Bathtub?) and no wash cloth? Dinner was ok...getting info especially on restaurants was limited...online and in documentation. Having to Park over at Cornwall is accomodating but not convenient. Concert went on loudly and late. No elevatior???? one can be added as an extension. I am an Architect can design for you.

Location Staff pool food activities

two days of no beach towels requested when booked to have high room that looked over the beach. When I arrived, the room1226 was given which overlooks rooftop of kitchen and limited ocean view. went right away and asked for transfer. Unfortunately I could not be accommodated. This limited any enjoyment on the deck, which I was looking for. The room could use some maintenance.

Just like the view of the place and the pool and beach

The pool guy sucks he is sucking up to the white people only telling us that the pool is close for we and not for the white and we complain about and they talk to him
