Everything else. Floor was dirty, loud staff, entertainment volume was really loud. Food was absolutely terrible, salty and over cooked.

The staff was wonderful, not to mention the food they catered for all it was not oily but just right . The rooms and facilities were very clean. Entertainment was up .

I paid for two rooms.....despite categorically claiming just the two of us will be travelling and needed only one room.

Checked in Sunday afternoon Oct 19 for three nights. All 3 meals on Tuesday were delicious and delightful! Breakfast the Wednesday morning was amazing as well. The fine dining was amazing out by the beach. The staff were polite and always greeted me daily and willing to offer assistance if needed. Bottled water at check-in desk was nice but they ran out too often (or limiting distribution). Rooms clean and spacious. Bed very comfy on 5th floor. View of beach spectacular! Life guards adequate. Alcohol in fridge in room very nice touch! Complementary water in room very nice! Nice facilities like the beach and building and rooms.

Not enough breakfast options. The eggs smelled raw and nearly everything had pork in it and dairy (lactose intolerant). Meal options limited and mostly catered to non-black guests except for Tuesday the chef was the bomb! Enjoyed one night of entertainment from a very talented black man singing R&B but nothing more the other nights (inadequate). That talented fellow should have been allowed to do his karaoke nightly so guests could bring their love ones onto the floor to dance. White guests could walk into cafeteria to dine for a meal and we're not consistently asked to book in with room number. However, nonwhite guests had to absolutely book in first before they could take a seat for their meals. Because I was lactose intolerant practically every meal sent me to the washroom! Even when I drank the water served or had juices from the fountain, these waters/fluids sent me to washroom constantly. I must have lost 2 inches off waist from the frequent washroom visits after a meal and after consuming no bottled fluids in cafeteria. Couldn't find parking had to wait 50 mins then a parking staff helped. More security guard staff needs to be visible. Bathrooms by the cafeteria the floor always wet and messy. The toilet seats are always shifting once seated on them they need to be screwed down tightly. Very uncomfortable!
