The property was very clean, location was excellent, decorated very well and the snacks were very much appreciated. I would recommend you to anyone visiting Rome. All I can say is great place to stay. Thanks for the experience.

The property was perfect in every way! We arrived from Rome by train and it was an easy walk with luggage to the apartment. The apartment appeared brand new and was extremely clean. The view of the ocean was great, especially of the beautiful sunset. It was very convenient to have restaurants right next door. We were leaving for a cruise the next day and the owner arranged transportation for us to the cruise terminal, which was great. We were also provided with coffee, tea, hot chocolate, bottled water and several croissants, which was greatly appreciated.

There wasn’t anything we didn’t like.

Good location just a few minutes walk from the station, great view and lots of restaurants & bar nearby. 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms and a shared balcony to use. Would recommend and stay again.

Very strong cleaning smell on arrival, its good that its so clean but we had to open the windows as smell so strong. A sofa would have been good as only place to sit was the table area.

This two bedroom apartment is directly on the water in Civitavecchia, with a gorgeous view from the living room and two well appointed bedrooms, two baths. We were extremely pleased with the place. They provided generous breakfast supplies (coffee, tea, pastries and other things) and we found the accomodations to be everything we hoped for and more. Plenty of nearby restaurants (watch for cost of wine, though) and lovely walking opportunities.

The property was very well located. It is modern , clean and great facilities The owner, Matteo was always available to answer any questions and we even met him unexpectedly. Lovely young gentleman! He left us water, tea, coffee and croissants for breakfast. The beds are comfortable and the sea view out of the front is just stunning. Lots of lovely restaurants nearby and great for anyone picking up a cruise. Matteo even sorted out transport to the ship the next day for us. Would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to stay in this port town We would definitely come back.

My husband and I loved the apartment. It was very clean, spacious, updated and had a beautiful view of the ocean, which was just steps away. We could walk out the front door and jump on a walking path that took us downtown to explore. We loved how close it was to the train station too. Jump off the train and within 3 to 5 mins of walking we were there.
