Beautiful, clean apartment with modern updates. The location was perfect for our pre-cruise stay. Lots of restaurants near the property, beautiful seaside location. We could hear the surf from the apartment! Matteo was very easy to work with...good communication before and during our stay. He even arranged for a taxi to the ship for us. Great breakfast options for the morning....cereal, yogurt, coffee, pastries. Would definitely stay here again the next time we sail out of Civitavecchia!

Small issue with neighbor, but it was quickly resolved by the owner of the property. Everything else was excellent.

Exceptionally clean- well equipped- modern . Excellent facilities. Communication with the host was easy and frequent. Our host was extremely helpful. The provisions for breakfast were plentiful and excellent quality.
