Absolutely amazing

Nothing to complain about

The communication from the owners and the location were #1 with this property! Getting into the property was very easy and the parking situation was very clear! We had an event to attend at Water Works and we were able to walk there! It was in the best location! I would definitely consider staying at this location again. It appears to be multiple bungalows so if there is a small group of people traveling, that would be very convenient to coordinate a stay!

There were a couple of things we did not like. The walls are paper thin and you could hear everything...everything! Make sure if you have a visitor to communicate that ahead of time as understandably they are very strict on visitors but that also could go back to how the walls are paper thin!! The bathroom was quite small and we definitely looked forward to sleeping in our own bed once we got home!

Es war nicht ganz klar wie AC und warmes Wasser funktioniert, aber der Vermieter hat schnell reagiert und es konnte geklärt werden. Einen Morgen hat jemand mit dem Code unsere Tür zum Apratment geöffnet, aber gleich wieder geschlossen, was super komisch war. Und das Schlafsofa im Wohnzimmer steht direkt an der Aussenwand zum AC-Kompressor in Kopfhöhe, was sehr laut zum schlafen war.

My daughter and I visited to tour the University of Tampa. As soon as we walked in we realized the the floor felt very dirty underfoot. We swept up two dustpans worth of debris off the door. We then noticed there was dirt on the coffee table in the living room. We pulled out the sleeper sofa in the living room which was gross and old and had stains on it. I walked into the bathroom to discover a big wad of hair in the toilet and hair all over the floor. There were no linens for the pullout sofa, all I could find was a pillow stuffed in one of the dresser drawers with stains all over it. I immediately messaged the host, who told me to throw the pillow away and that they could send the cleaners over to clean again. At this point we had already brought all our stuff in, and didn’t want to have to stay to supervise a cleaning (that should have been done correctly in the first place). We said no, but he sent them anyway and told us it was “up to us if we wanted to let them in”. We didn’t, but she did bring a sheet for the pullout sofa. The bath towels were mismatched and seemed very old, and there is no space for toiletries in the bathroom or a spot in the shower to put your shampoo, etc. There also appeared to be mildew in the bathroom. My daughter was disgusted, as was I, and if we hadn’t had the tour of UT the next morning we would have left that day. We ended up staying one night and cutting our trip short by flying home 2 days early, as every hotel was either booked or extremely expensive due to the NCAA women’s Final Four being held there that weekend. We were refunded for the 2 nights we didn’t stay. The one highlight of the trip is that my daughter committed to UT….but we will definitely be finding a different place to stay for our many future visits!

Very comfortable and clean. Private. Especially liked having parking in the back. A good walking neighborhood.

Not a big deal, but the dishes in the cabinet were soaking wet. And the rug. Like I said though,,not a big deal..Everything else was good.
