Pullman Auckland Hotel & Apartments

The pool was no nice and warm! We loved the pool and spa. I wish the pool hours could be extended. The breakfast was nice too.

The pool hour was only until 10pm but at other hotels it was usually to 11pm. The room was too dark and the bathroom was a bit small

I really liked how the uber car door was opened for me and my luggage was taken from me when arriving and then put into my room when I arrived early for a conference - I also liked how I was called Mam, it reminded me of the service I received when I was recently in the USA

I could figure out how to turn the shower on - but that would have been me having a ditzy moment!

Location was good for Spark Arena. Pool and gym are good.

Don't particularly like shower over bath. Room service ice cream sundae was very basic and poorly presented.

Paid for the breakfast which was great with many options.

Customer service was great from the start to the end. The facilities - Pool, Spa Breakfast was yum and worth it

We loved how clean and nice the property was, how friendly and helpful the staff were, and how close to the waterfront and bars the hotel is.

Great stay, would definitely stay again.
