Lediglich der Feiertags Zuschlag von 15% im SPA Bereich nach unserer Behandlung war ein Wermutstropfen, den wir gerne vorher gewusst hätten, zumal wir eine Buchungsbestätigung zum Preis ohne Zuschlag hatten. Schade.

Staffing was amazing and especially the waiting team at the bar and restaurant. Loved our stay, we will come back when we travel to Auckland again.

I forgot my swim wear, I didn’t like I missed on the pool but that’s a me error.

I like the location and facilities

I don't like the shower over the bath, the lighting is shocking in the room.

Private events can quickly fill up the lobby and restaurant

First and foremost the staff. They were exceptional in their welcome, warmth and professional support. Location was great, so close to the CBD. Room had a stunning view of Albert Park, loved it.

The cost of the breakfast at $40-$45 per person. Fantastic food but too expensive for breakfast. The spicy chicken wings from the bar menu - they were more than spicy, they had way too much chilli which made them inedible.

We loved that it was central to the CBD, the facilities and we highly recommend the Buffet Breakfast
