Big Măng Đen Homestay

In this hotel you will be met by a nice family. There is a kitchen where you can cook something for yourself and the prices on the market are very cheap. They helped with renting a motorbike. If they like you, they will sing to you on the guitar and invite you to a family dinner. It was an unforgettable atmosphere and pleasant impressions.

for 12 days of stay 10 days of non-stop rain, around but nothing interesting to see but you need to go here in the dry season. the owners try to keep clean and at the entrance and give out slippers. the problem is that it is damp around and the slippers are not treated or washed and I got infected with fungus.

Eine sehr familiäre Unterkunft und hatte gute Gespräche mit dem Host. Sehr gastfreundlich! Das Zimmer war sauber und auch ein rundum Service (Bus zum Flughafen, Restaurant Tipps,…) wurden geboten.

I can't speak highly enough of Hanna, she was just incredible 😊. She showed me all the best places to visit around the town and even took me to the food market in the evening, helped me with transport and gave me different vegan foods and recommendations to try. The homestay is in a perfect location and the beds were comfortable. I was sad to leave!

They were so kind and welcoming and really went out of their way to make us all feel comfortable. It was a really nice social environment. At night we all sat by the fire with other people staying. One night had a dinner together then other went to the night market. The location is super nice and the bed was very comfortable. The area is great for being in nature. Not a requirement at all that anyone speaks english especially in a place that isn’t as well known for western tourists, but the owner does speak english super well and she actually teaches an english class to kids in the area - I joined her class the kids are very cute :) I highly reccomend this homestay! Thank you for a wonderful stay!
