Coin de Mire Attitude

L'hôtel est très agréable, le personnel au top, la gentillesse Mauricienne;, la chambre était très bien. La piscine, très bien également. La plage est typique comme nous aimons, la route n'est pas problématique à traverser. Merci à l'équipe du Bar, ils sont au top, merci également à la masseuse du Spa ☺️, adorable.

Un petit point moins apprécié sur le buffet du restaurant le soir; tout est très bon mais manque un peu de variété.

Det luktade mögel från duschen. Jag väcktes av en brännande känsla på handen och upptäckte att jag hade sovit med en typ av skalbagge. Kunde inte somna om, och natten därefter var inte så rogivande.

Coin de Mire Hotel is both charming and comfortable, with spacious rooms that enhance the overall stay. The food was good, although the buffet would benefit from a wider variety of options. The Restaurant Manager, Mr. Vish, was very helpful and provided excellent support.

However, I did not feel it offered good value for money. For the standard of the hotel, the price seems relatively high, especially as I have stayed at similar hotels in the surrounding area at significantly lower rates. The hotel is not located directly on the beachfront, as there is a public tarred main road between the hotel and the beach, which guests need to cross to access it. Moreover, that beach area is not ideal for swimming. I also noticed some inconsistencies in how guests were attended to. It is important that all guests, whether Mauritian or international, are treated with the same level of courtesy. At the Taba-J outlet, we requested some snacks and were informed that they would be prepared “if time permitted,” which was somewhat unexpected. We also noticed that although we were seated first, another family who arrived after us was attended to before us, resulting in a longer wait on our side. I also observed some differences in the onboarding experience. In our case, the process felt quite rushed, whereas during my stay, I noticed that foreign guests experienced a more relaxed and thorough welcome.

Les animateurs ne sollicitait pas les clients Et les animations proposées dans la journée La plupart ne se faisait pas du au manque d investissement des animateurs

Le personnel de la sécurité et les femmes de ménage digne d'un accueil Mauricien . Gégé responsable du bar avec un autre responsable après nous avoir demandé notre avis, ont fait le maximum pour corriger les défauts de services.

Nous n'avons pas apprécié l'accueil, rendez-vous à 9 h du matin pour les explications de fonctionnement de l'hôtel, nous attendons encore. Le personnel à l'accueil, les barmans pas digne d'un accueil Mauricien. Manque d'animation.

Le buffet du soir, les cafards dans ma chambre. Des travaux devraient être entrepris pour rafraichir la chambre (porte abîmée, mur salle etc)
