"Låg nivå på service"

Rummen samt hotellområdet var som helhet okej även om en viss uppfräschning behövdes.

1. Personalen var under stora delar av vistelsen helt tafatta och inte alls på tårna när det gällde service. Många såg dessutom helt ointresserade ut och verkade inte som att de ville vara där. 2. Maten är tyvärr alldeles för dålig och variationen är direkt usel. Vi hade helpension och kunde genom detta se ett mönster att samma saker användes om och om igen på buffén. Oftast var saker slut och ingen påfyllning gjordes. 3. Om man vill åka till Mauritius för avkoppling och ha ett lugnt och skönt boende, välj då inte detta. Det är stökigt på stora delar av anläggningen och det är ingen större avkoppling att vara på hotellets område. 4. Poolerna var inte rena och verkade inte rengöras dagligen. Det låg skräp i dem och fokus verkade mer ligga på att göra rent plattorna och solstolarna. Detta gjordes också när det var fullt av gäster som ville sola och bada.

L'emplacement! La chambre très spacieuse et les deux piscines!

Le buffet du soir à revoir! On mange tout le temps la même chose! Le spa très décevant !

L’emplacement était top Personnel très accueillant

Il manque des poubelles dans l’enceinte de l’hôtel. Nous étions en demi pension et avons profité des camions sur les plages. Mais peut de poubelles pour jeter les contenants

Chambre spacieuse et confortable Jolie plage à proximité Spa agréable

Déçue par le manque de qualité de la nourriture (niveau Flunch) Déçue par le manque d'organisation Déçue par le personnel pourtant les mauriciens sont très accueillants mais ils ne vous regardaient même pas et il fallait demander plusieurs fois si on voulait avoir même de l'eau. Si on allait au shaker bar, on pouvait attendre très longtemps pour passer commande alors qu'il n'y avait presque personne. Il n'y avait que le personnel des chambres qui disaient Bonjour ou vous souriaient On avait l'impression d'être dans un hôtel sans expérience avec du personnel à tous les niveaux non motivé Beaucoup de regrets d'avoir choisi cet établissement
