コンパクトなホテルでしたが、リバービューのバルコニー付きの部屋で眺めもよく快適でした

私は足に障害があるのでエレベーターからの距離が遠くて大変でした。施設内は段差が多くて困りました。

ארוחת הבוקר דלה שזה אופייני למלון בוטיק, אבל גם הקיים הירקות לא היו טריים.

חדר מרווח וגדול. מיקום שקט יושב על נהר הפינג. גינה חמודה עם בריכה נחמדה כ 10 מטר אורך. מרחק הליכה של ק״מ מבית חב״ד. וכל הדלתות עם מנעול רגיל ללא כרטיסים.

La colazione non era inclusa, quindi decido una mattina di provarla, direi molto scadente per il livello a cui aspira. Non ci piove che ci sia cibo internazionale e va bene, ma c’era poca scelta e il cibo non sembrava appena cucinato. Ho cambiato idea anche considerando il prezzo esorbitante (500 bath per quel livello). Staff del servizio breakfast non parla inglese. A proposito di prezzi veramente fuori range, assurdo il servizio laundry, 45 bath a paio di mutande. C’è una laundry a 40/kg proprio di fronte. Per io resto non ti danno molte informazioni sulla citta, se chiedi ti rispondono per la carità, ma poco interattivi. Scelgo sempre i miei hotel con una palestra. Ridicolo chiamarla palestra perché una persona stesa a terra con tappetino elpraticamente occupa tutto il posto libero. Non c’è spazio. Dite che avete un tapis roulant ed un ellittica.

I love this hotel. So, I am going to be sincere and straight forward, expecting changes. I am a public figure. My opinion does count. 1. The entire staff struggles to understand English, thus creating new issues by providing the wrong solutions. For lack of understanding the language. They only speak it lightly, on the surface. It cost me some extra money for that reason. But they are amazingly pleasant and customer oriented. Pay them for English classes. 2. Bar staff has no idea of cocktail prep. And lacks materials to work with. Same with the foods. 3. Please hire a chef for breakfast and kitchen matters and supply bar & restaurant with what you advertise you sell. To match the level of the hotel. 4. Masseuse is too old and lacks strength and skills to perform decent basic massage. That was not a massage! I was shocked! But she was very nice and smiled a lot. I loved the facilities and the architecture, as well as location. But the building needs structural maintenance, such as paint, etc. 5. Found hairs on my room phone. Black dirt all over the floor in the room. Rooms are definitely not properly clean OR disinfected! I would like to see all of these issues resolved before I return next year. A problem solver is Tima (spelling probably wrong), but she shoukd be the general Mgr as she finds solutions for most things.

Everything fine, breakfast can be improved. Offering some fresh pastry or bread would help greatly. Not enough understanding of basic English - twice I ordered two omlets and got one. One day orange juice ran out and it was not offered the next day.

The staff at the hotel were very nice and helpful, they took care of everything we needed and the hotel was very beautiful and clean.
