The room was spacious, clean and equipped with sufficient amenities. Breakfast was made to order with a limited buffet line, however, everything tasted good!

There aren't any convenience stores around the hotel.

Breakfast was super good - according to the price-performance ratio The hotel is located at the river and quite suitable for all excursions in and around Chiang Mai

Thats complaining on a high level. Maybe the bed little softer.

overall nice colonial style. the room was beautiful room. Wonderful view of the river. location is ok. breakfast was good. price was fair.
