The Cairns Leven

Great location on the sea front, minutes from town centre and bus and rail stations with access to the best of the East Neuk of Fife, St Andrews and Edinburgh, not forgetting the glorious old fishing villages. The Cairns is well equipped and very quiet and peaceful. No restaurant but guests have access to the kitchen as well as a games room.

No complaints at all. Will happily stay again and recommend to anybody.

Fabulous location, i had bright room overlooking sea. Quiet at night. Near bus and train stations and shops. Imries fish and chips well worth the queue. I didnt see the staff - but online communication was quick and they were incredibly helpful about my arrival before usual check in time. The house is a grand, spacious older property that has been beautifully renovated with lovely colours and comfortable furnishings. Everything seems to have been thought of. A real gem

Very friendly team always happy to help and explain everything. The team all went above and beyond. I couldn’t have asked for more. Having the disabled room and wheelchair access was great it made our stay so much more comfortable. Thanks again to everyone involved

Everything. We had everything we needed for our stay and the hosts were great.

The location was great re access to transport and food etc. A great base to explore Nth E Fife without a car. Staff helpful & welcoming

CcTV in common areas. Understand the reasoning behind it but have never encountered it before & found it intrusive. Most accomodation that have independent access - ie no personal involvement- send codes at least a day in advance which for me is reassuring if you are travelling some distance on the day, & , totally reliant on your phone WIFi.
