Der Kontakt war hervorragend, nett und freundlich und es wurde immer schnell geantwortet. Das Zimmer war sehr gut und der Ausblick auf das Meer phänomenal. Der Parkplatz direkt gegenüber der Unterkunft. Der Bahnhof ist ca 5 Gehminuten entfernt und in ca 1 std 20 Min ist man in Edinburgh. Im Ort gibt es Geschäfte und sind alle zufuß schnell zu erreichen. Von Leven aus haben wir herliche Ausflüge in die Highlands, Städte und Ortschaften unternommen. Am Strand waren kaum Menschen unterwegs und man kann dort entspannt lange Spaziergänge unternehmen.

Welcoming and super helpful, supportive and friendly staff. Squeaky clean and extras in room too very much appreciated. Comfy beds and excellent shower.

There’s nothing to dislike.

The position was great, close to everything. Michelle and Lisa are wonderful hosts, couldn't be more friendly and helpful. The hou we was clean and the breakfast room an excellent facility.

The first time we stayed in a front room which was spacious. The second time we were in a back room which was small and cramped considering we had 2 large suitcases which we had to live out of for a week. In both rooms the bed was too small and, particularly in the second room, it affected our quality of sleep.

It was perfectly located, lovely room, spotlessly clean, fantastic experience. Check in was seamless and the owners kept us fully informed. Looking forward to staying here again.

There was nothing not to like, it was perfect.

I loved the fact that i had a back room as it was so quiet and you heard no noise from the traffic passing the front . the room was large and warm on suit bathroom with shower and also if you wanted a bath there was one in a seperate bathroom just feet away. you could walk to the shops and train station which can take you all the way to Edinburgh and beyond .

no breakfast inside the property( but you could prepare and eat in the dining room) but that would not affect my score as everything else was great

It has a kitchen with tables with all amenities to make your own breakfast in the morning with an amazing view of the sea. So peaceful and relaxing place. The communication with the staff is second to none, especially Michelle who I called when I realised I had booked the incorrect date. She sorted it over the phone and was a pleasure to speak with.

Need to use fabric softener on their towels.Put out some place mats to sit cups and glasses on and please some instructions on how to use shower,though of course I could have enquired,my bad
