Event setup and related noise may occur at the beachfront area on the Sai Kaew Beach side during 3–9 June 2026. The main beach will be closed on 6 June 2026. During the event, the hotel’s restaurant will operate as usual, and guests may enjoy the beach at Pineapple Beach in the Deluxe Cottage zone.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Schöne Lage an tollem Strand, sehr gutes Restaurant, sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter und alles sauber!

Bett leider zu hart; zu wenig Strandliegen, die dann wegen eines bevorstehenden Festivals irgendwann überhaupt nicht mehr zur Verfügung gestellt wurden ;-(. Die Vorarbeiten zum Festival dauerten viele Tage und haben die Aufenthaltsqualität doch deutlich beeinträchtigt. Frühstückraum ungemütlich und sehr laut, Kaffee ungenießbar.

"Beatiful property let down by average management/service"

The location and the beach is pretty good. Overall property is very beautiful and well maintained. Its a large property divided into 2 sections and has 2 different scenic views for you to enjoy. Property is also clean and you won't find much to complain there.

Overall, really needs better management. I wouldnt recommend anyone with a family to opt for their free shuttle/speed boat service. They only have one restaurant open for dinner so mostly you wont be able to find any seating. I dont know why they dont have the other restaurants open as they have 3 dining options. At breakfast (around 9am) they ran out of food and no one cared. Mostly even seating is a challenge for breakfast.
