The resort is very nice and room good and clean. The service staff were very good and buffet breakfast food was great. The beach setup was very good.. service staff very good.

On checkout the front desk girl that served me was not polite and sharp with her answers. I paid the account no thank you and no copy of the paid bill provided. Needs to be retrained about customer service. This stay there was allot of children staying and very noisy. We had a family staying next door to us and was woken at night with crying baby and noisy children. The breakfast was so loud you could not talk to each other at the same table. I suggest that a section be set aside for couples in morning so that one can eat in peace not having to listen to the sound of children screaming and yelling Also would be better if the reservation staff tried not to put couples next door to families with young children.

Staff are amazing at the hotel. The check in and out reception team and all workers around the hotel are so kind. The location and hotel is amazing, third time to this hotel and will return.

The food in the beach bar isn't the best and the staff in the restaurant service / attitudes need a little improving! Maybe next time I'll walk up the beach to eat elsewhere.
