The room was excellent, with an extremely comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, great shower pressure, and an amazing bath. We both slept very well and it was one of the nicest rooms we stayed in during our trip. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and we also had a very good dinner in the pub.

There was some confusion with our Booking.com reservation, as the property was only expecting one guest rather than one adult and one child. This meant our room allocation was changed on arrival and we ended up next to a 40th birthday party. It was noisy for a while, although everything settled down by around 11pm. There were also no staff available when we checked out, so we had to take our luggage out through the back of the pub and around to the front street.

The venue was amazing, the staff were very accommodating, and the location was perfect, will definitely stay here again, we ate in the pub as well and food was amazing
