照明が暗い

I give it the total score of 4.5 over 5,.so I like it overall . However, it does have a few drawbacks. 1. Bathroom design should be improved for feet and leg safety. 2. Two Laundry machines in the building basement is not enough for so many customers. 3. Although the room is small, no chair is still hard to accepted. The lounge in the basement is crowded sometimes.

出張のため、シングル連泊で利用させていただきました。 ホームページの写真から、てっきり窓から外が見えるシングルルームだと思って予約しましたが、案内された部屋は窓を開けるとすぐ向かいの建物が迫っており、朝でも真っ暗でした。 さらに室内の照明が少なく非常に暗くて、目が悪い自分にとっては過ごしにくかったです。 タオルから長い髪の毛が出てきたので気持ち悪く、布団も合わなかったのか下半身が発疹だらけになってしまったので、わけを説明して部屋を変えていただきました。 その際、とても丁寧に謝罪と対応してくださったのは素直に有り難かったのですが、新しい部屋でもまたタオルから長い髪の毛が出てきてショックでした。

Great staff, good stay, and convenient location within 15 minutes walking distance to Nishiki Market.

落ち着いたホテルで、焼きたてパンの朝食も良かったです。

部屋にソファーなど座るイスがなかったことは少し残念でしたが、スタッフの対応など、とても良かったです。

バス停からも近く利便性がよかったです。シンプルな客室も使い勝手が良く快適でした。 地下のラウンジでいただけるウェルカムドリンクがサプライズ的で嬉しかったです。 フロント、ラウンジ共にスタッフの方々がにこやに対応されているのが印象的でした。コスパも良いのでま利用させていただきたいです。

The room was a little different from photos (single bed room), the bed was smaller than it looked also cold wind was coming in from the window. Other than that, the whole facility was clean and it was nice to have one free drink at the bar of basement floor.

The rooms were full of dust, the bed was made up from 4 children's like mattresses that were joined together, making the sleep impossible and the bathroom was really dirty. On top of that, there was not even a seat in the room to stay on and the mattresses were simply put on the floor, accentuating the feeling of dirtiness because of all the dust was at the face level. The room was next to the cleaners' room at the end of the hallway and from very early in the morning, the noise was loud and unpleasant, sealing a night of poor sleep with an early morning abrupt wake. The other hotel inhabitants were noisy up until late in the night and we also got a lot of food smells and smoke from a restaurant below. Really bad experience.
