"Excellent"

Apartment was very central, clean and spacious. Facilities were very good. The apartment had everything you could need including a hob and a washing machine. Tea bags were provided as were cleaning products.

I feel that coffee pods should be provided for the coffee machine.

"Apartamento con los acabados de un hotel de lujo"

Alojamiento como un hotel, una habitación de matrimonio enorme y un salón con un sofá cama y otra cama individual. Todos los acabados y decoraciones profesionales. En el mismo centro de la Spezia.

Todo perfecto, hay como unos 15 escalones antes de llegar al piso. Más que nada para tener en cuenta , personas con problemas de movilidad.

El apartamento está situado en el centro de La Spezia. Para recoger las llaves hay que pasar por una oficina situada muy cerca del mismo. El personal que nos atendió resultó muy profesional y agradadable. El apartamento resulta muy agradable y se nota que ha sido recientemente reformado. Además de estar decorado de una forma muy actual y con buen gusto, dispone de todo lo necesario si se desea cocinar en casa.

"Very comfortable and a great place to explore CT."

The property was very clean and comfortable for a family of 5. It is also in a great location with easy access to the train station, a grocery store just a few feet away and restaurants nearby.

The only complaint is that sometimes the AC in the living space didn’t turn on and it had a mind of its own. But luckily the weather wasn’t too hot so it was manageable.
