In the middle of the city with easy walk to everything.

There just no easy parking anywhere in La Spezia. Not the fault of this apartment in particular but there are no spaces available anywhere and you end up parking illegally somewhere and stay with the car while the other goes to the office to get the key, then do the same thing again to unload luggage in the apartment. If you don’t have a car then all this is irrelevant and the apartment is perfect.

Coordination for pick up of the keys was very easy and straight forward. The location of the apartment was great and very convenient to restaurants, stores (including grocery) and the train station. Apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Lots of space as well. Highly recommended.

The apartment requires a card to activate the power inside, which is no problem and makes sense. The problem is that the card is attached to the keys which can be a bit tricky when only one of us was running out and the other stayed in the apartment. If the person takes the keys, they cut the power, in order to keep the power on, the person going out doesn't have keys to get back into the building. Requires some coordination.

The property is well decorated, and has all needed amenities. You must be aware that the keys are picked up at the office elsewhere. Where the staff are super helpful and attentive.

The property and staff are perfect, personally for us we thought this area of La Spezia is a bit sketchy. Also, street parking is near impossible.
