Guest Wing in Richmond Downs

The guest wing was incredibly clean, tidy and modern for the price. Couldn't recommend it enough.

The Apartment was just perfect. It has everything you could need and a stunning view at the stars is included. The Apartment is part of a house and in the range of a goat Farm. In the night its still very silent.

No breakfast that I could see , tea and coffee making facilities only . Beautifully appointed kitchen however that provides for all you need if you bought your own supplies. Heater was on and bathroom underfloor heating going when I had my shower on arriving , which was unexpectedly decadent cause it was quite chilly that day .

My ignorance of where it actually was .. kind of the middle of no where . Having said that , the drive to Matamata the next day was a very pleasant landscape not seen before and very enjoyable.

Wonderful accommodation. Perfectly set up and comfortable.

A little difficult to find in the dark. Would have been easier if I hadn't been on my own. Great situation for visiting Hobbiton and real value for money.
