Perfect for our needs

A remote beautiful location and pristine living area.

The location was quiet and private away from neighbors. The garden was lovely The animals were very sweet and friendly, along with the hosts . The place was very comfortable and well designed. The pool looked inviting .

The internet was not always functional, whish was inconvenient at times. However, I enjoyed it even when it was not working as it's a way to engage more with the nature's. .

It was lovely to receive messages before arrival. They helped me to prepare for our stay. The directions to find the home were clear. The greeting by Louise as well as her keeping us well informed about who would be available if we needed anything during our stay.

On the last night of our stay, we could hear the festivities of the end of the week. It wasn't bad, just a bit close being on the other side of the connecting door. It didn't spoil our stay. But an observation for improvement would be a better sound barrier between dwellings.

The country remoteness was a plus for me. There was no traffic noise, train noise, loud music anywhere. No street lights either, so when I turned off the light above my bed, it was as dark as a cave. Which, by the way, was just like my bedroom at home. I used Maps and the directions were spot on. The host's directions were easy to follow, and check-in was hands-off, except for their jack Russell greeted me. Very friendly, but curious, and doesn't mind a good chin scratch, even got in a belly rub.

Took a while to get hot water out of the shower. It got to just under luke warm until I finished my rinse. But, it does have a heated floor. Could use a small kitchen table, but I can't picture how. Still loved the place.

The views were stunning, the shower was perfect, the kitchen facilities couldn’t left you wanting more. Perfect stay i couldn’t recommend enough. We had a quick stay on the way back from hobbiton. You couldn’t have wanted more for a lovely stay. The dog paddy was a sweetheart that we loved. The border collie was as an absolute softie. 10/10 couldn’t reccomend enough!! We love you paddy!

Private, quiet, guest room, everything was exceptionally modern and clean. Fantastic kitchen facilities. Loved the visit from the pets.

I couldn't figure out how to lock the door from the inside.
