"Exceptional"

The place was immaculate and had the most comfortable bed we've slept in the entire trip. Plus two gorgeous dogs and adorable cat. The owners even wished us a good bye and hello as we left. Will be definitely coming back next time!

We stayed on a main rd the night before and there was a lot of trains heavy vehicles and people congregating including thin walls a lady talking after 2am this was heven quiet comfortable and able to spread out would highly recommend

Exactly what we needed for our stay whilst visiting Hobbiton nearby. Lovely dogs who were always welcome inside! Kitchen facilities great and all very clean.
